anyone know a reputable us bank allowing non us resident to apply a local bank account with online internet electronic payment?
I signed up with CHASE a couple of years ago. Can't recall the specifics though I'm afraid. I believe the application had to be done in person, and I think they also wanted a US-correspondence address in addition to the international one. Good luck.
