Ever day, about 4:15 pm, I close IB on my desktop, multi-screen computer, & re-start IB on a notebook computer, where it stays on from about 4:30 pm to about 5 am the following morning. Just now, however, I'm unable to open IB on my notebook. I receive an error message that unable to update trading platform due to networking error. I obviously have internet, as I am posting this. I assume message is "update," since each time IB tries to update to latest version. Anybody else having troubles this evening? I'm using Comcast / XFinity. When I try to re-install "Latest" IB, I get the message: Error verifying Jackson-core-2.12.3 jar
Just logged back in 1715 et, worked fine. What's the status of your SierraChart situation? Being that there's no backfill, just staying connected during session times and doing reboots etc during off hours. Fortunately, daytrading fast charts minimized the issue when the big pop-quiz happened lol. Redonkulous. What's your plan?
