You guys notice almost every TV commercial has a white guy and black woman or white guy and asian woman??? Very strange. Also the white guy is always a wimp and never a masculine type guy. Why are they force feeding this bs on us? I find it weird as I dont see many mixed marriages and i travel a lot. Not that i oppose this, i mean what ever floats your boat , but i find it odd that Hollywood is pushing it. Why ??? Also, every black Tv show always has some wimpy, dumb white guy that the blacks on the show abuse. Just an observation.
I live on the coast and I see mixed race couples all the time. You're gonna have to get used to it granddad. For what it's worth the white male/asian female dynamic is more popular than same race couples now. At least here on the coasts. The problem isn't the mixed race couples it's what you pointed out after. For a long time, as far back as I can remember, the male was always the idiot in the commercials. This is probably an advertising ploy because women constitute something like 2/3 of all discretionary spending in a household. I've noticed a lot of commercials push diversity, but typically this excludes white people. Just the pendulum swinging the other way because society has determined virtue signaling diversity implies the exclusion of white people. The better question is - do you really purchase something because you see someone who looks like you on screen? I don't, I doubt you do either. Just remember that it's simply profit extraction in an environment that values false virtue. Don't get mad at some profiteers trying to exploit idiots for their hard earned dollars.
Good points but I think there is an agenda here by the left attempting to promote/ force feed diversity. When I see a commercial like that i just simply turn the channel. Where i live mixed marriages exist but they are definitely the exception not the rule. Most people want to stay with their own or very similar background. Blacks prefer blacks, asians prefer asians, whites prefer whites, and hispanics prefer hispanics. That said, when it comes to whites and hispanics, you do see a lot of whites with hispanics because they do share the same religion ( Catholic ). This ocurrs with Americanized hispanics. Most asian and those from India almost always stay within their own culture and there is nothing wrong with that. Most Jewish people stick with other Jewish people. Remember, at the end of the day, most people want to stick with their own culture. Thats just the way it is and there is nothing wrong with that. Most good marriages are between two people with similar cultural backgrounds, religions, and upringing. You rarely see jewish girl marrying a muslim. When you go outside of your culture, its very difficult to have a happy marriage.

i agree, its absurd. Many tv programs put gays and women in positions of power on their shows. If I see another tv show with a woman police chief, im going to vomit. There was a movie that was on about a year ago and it showed a bunch of black cops busting down the door of a crack house and all the crack heads were white. Im not making this up.
What's even worse is there are actually REAL women police chiefs like the ones in Chicago and Seattle (who quit) and they are completely delusional. This is disgusting to a normal person.
