I have been sending resumes to a few trading firms (SIG, Peak6, Ronin, Group 1, DRW) but am sending it to careers@xxxx.com since I have no contacts within the firm. How long do you think the typical turnaround time is before I hear anything? Its been a little more than a week and I haven't heard anything despite being pretty well qualified for these jobs.
If they have openings and interest, you should hear back within 2 weeks. What do you trade? I'm starting a trading team if you're experienced and qualified.
