    Given his age, weight and horrible diet Trump is remarkably healthy. Could it be to do with the fact that he has never drunk alcohol? Its a lot more dangerous than people realize....

    He has suffered TIAs. He almost died from COVID.

    Indeed, he looks very healthy despite his liking fast food.

    No one can compare it with
    Dr Mahathir, 99 years old from Malaysia.
    At the age of 92 years old, he was the Malaysian prime minister.

    That is the world's record for the oldest state leader.

    Well I started microdosing modafinil and at 52 I have 32s energy and ability to work late.

    He is always taking ADHD stims, since the late 70s*, he is just good at managing them..

    * 'diet pills' back then.

    He's on a mission, he feeds off your constant attention which keeps him alive.

    It boils done to genetics. Some people are just lucky and they can abuse their bodies with little effect. Think of Ozzy, his ability to take drugs:

    Some other less lucky people eat 3 strips of bacon and die of a heart attack in their 40s. Life is NOT fair...

    I can be on a beer/pizza/ice cream diet (my summer food) and not gain weight.

    Joe Dispenza thinks/says we can change the energy/expression of our genes through thoughts (positive of course ), Meditation etc. I've always said it goes in order of SLEEP, STRESS, FOOD. Sleep good is mucho important.

    People that are stressed and lack sleep no bueno.
