Bet he got solicited by Chinese vendors to offer him ventilators at a cheap price. Guy convinces NY to pay him for the ventilators and he places an order with China and sends the money. China "vendor" disappears and leaves this guy hanging and now he is also out of millions of dollars. I had 3 vendors out of no where suddenly offer me surgical masks by the container at a price of $0.33/piece. I found out many certified vendors were selling them at $0.19/lb. Each container holds 200,000 to 400,000 mask so imagine even what a few pennies means. I did not order any of course but if they were this shady with masks, imagine with ventilators. Guy got fucked and fucked over NY at the same time.
