So quiet part said loud again?

We have an incredibly improbable hanging in a federal cell, even more improbable accidental wiping of the wrong floor's security tapes. Epstein did not kill himself etc.

    Now:

"This guy was a violent criminal, and the US Marshals killed him. And I'll tell you something -- that's the way it has to be. There has to be retribution."

Witness says officers never gave commands before firing at Michael Reinoehl outside WA apartment
    Updated Sep 09, 2020; Posted Sep 09, 2020

Officers who first confronted Michael Forest Reinoehl outside an apartment complex in Washington last week yelled no warnings or commands before firing and killing the Oregon man wanted on a murder warrant in the death of a right-wing demonstrator in Portland, according to a witness now represented by a lawyer.

Nathaniel Dingess, 39, lives in the apartment complex near Lacey, Washington, where Reinoehl apparently was hiding.

Dingess said he saw Reinoehl walk toward his car holding a cellphone in his hand when two unmarked law enforcement vehicles converged outside the complex in the 7600 block of Third Way Southeastlast Thursday night. Officers began firing at Reinoehl, according to a statement issued by Dingess' lawyer, Luke Laughlin, on his behalf.

Reinoehl ducked for cover near his car,but it was blocked by police cars and he never got into it, according to Dingess.

“Officers shot multiple rapid-fire rounds at Reinoehl before issuing a brief ‘stop’ command, quickly followed by more rapid-fire shooting by additional officers,” according to the statement.

Dingess said he never saw a handgun on Reinoehl or saw him reach for anything.

    ......

Dingess, an ordained minister of 19 years, fears for his and his family’s safety for speaking out in what has become a flashpoint in the political swirl around Portland’s ongoing protests, according to his lawyers.

"Extrajudicial killing" is a really hard sell when the guy is on camera admitting he murdered the guy.

Nice try though. Turns out in the execution of a felony arrest lethal force is allowed in just about every jurisdiction in the union.

I'd say being a murderer and admitting it on camera would qualify as "posing a significant threat".

I want to see how you lie and twist your way out of this one. Which one of your 40 personalities will you take on today?

Yeah, no little mall-ninja or did you study law at the mall?

Now we all know you problems with what is real and what you imagine so here is you are:

"An extrajudicial killing (also known as extrajudicial execution) is the killing of a person by governmental authorities or individuals without the sanction of any judicial proceeding or legal process. Extrajudicial killings often target leading political, trade union, dissident, religious, and social figures."

Edited my post. Tennessee v. Garner. Police officers can use lethal force in the process of detaining someone fleeing lawful detainment if they are deemed to pose a significant threat. I'm pretty sure murdering someone and admitting it on VICE qualifies.

Congratulations. For a sniper you sure do miss a lot. If "lawful detainment of a felon" is not "judicial" you're actually a room temperature IQ trog and not pretending.

    Donnie's Juntas strike again? Shocking

Can always count on the ballwashers to excuse extra judicial executions of a man admitting self defense. Weird how the same courtesies extended to psycho rittenhouse don't apply here.

    > Self defense

I'm not surprised you haven't seen the CCTV video showing he was lying in wait. He wasn't "defending his friend of color".

Keep saying "extra judicial executions" if it makes you feel better. I'm sure all that used up lefty poon waiting for you after you grovel enough will be worth it.

Our little mallninja is foaming. He needs a nap.

I saw the video (stills) and it shows Aaron Danielson carrying bear spray in his left hand and a baton in his right*. His buddy walking next to him and hand in pocket.

Reinoehl sees them, ducks out of sight and follows. His protecting some black friend/ self-defense story all depends on what happens next which is out of sight. They may have been about to accost someone. If there is more footage, great.

Regardless, if the witness is correct and there was no attempt to arrest, this was an execution.

And Trump did his thing to his base.

*So narrative changes from harmless, never hurt a fly vic, to armed and ready.

Them using the feds and not local brass and Barr running to the press to yell "we've got an antifa" is all I needed to know about the legality of this shooting.
