President Trump on Tuesday unleashed on the Israelis and the Iranians, expressing his displeasure at continued fighting between the two adversaries after he announced the parameters of a ceasefire the day before.

“We basically, we have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f— they’re doing,” Trump told reporters at the White House before taking off for a trip to The Hague for the NATO Summit.

In a Truth Social post around the same time, Trump singled out Israel, in a remarkable move for the U.S. president, telling the longtime American ally: “ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!”

Trump told reporters at the White House he was going to see if he could “stop it” when asked about the continued attacks lobbed by both sides overnight after parts of the ceasefire were to be put in place.

“They [Iran] violated it but Israel violated it too,” Trump said. “Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs the likes of which I’ve never seen before. The biggest load that we’ve seen. I’m not happy with Israel. When I say okay, now you have 12 hours, you don’t go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them. So, I’m not happy with them, I’m not happy with Iran either.”

He continued, “But I’m really unhappy if Israel’s going out this morning.”

Trump’s public criticism of Israel marked a significant departure from the policy of former U.S. presidents, including Trump previously, who have steadfastly stood by its longtime ally.

Just a short time later after departing the White House, Trump posted again on Truth Social to insist the ceasefire was in place.

“ISRAEL is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly ‘Plane Wave’ to Iran. Nobody will be hurt, the Ceasefire is in effect! Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said.

He also called out Iran, saying it won’t be able to rebuild nuclear facilities.

Both Israel and Iran accused the other of continuing attacks overnight.

Israel on Tuesday morning, a few hours before Trump’s comments to reporters, said that it would respond with force because Iran violated the ceasefire. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said in a statement that the country will “continue the intensive operation to strike” Tehran.

Meanwhile, an Iranian missile strike hit a residential building in Beer Sheva, Israel just before the ceasefire was set to go into effect, killing four people.

Trump on Monday night announced the parameters of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, indicating that Iran would stop the fighting first, followed by Israel and that all fighting would end in a matter of 24 hours. He expressed confidence in a Truth Social post that the end of the fighting between the two countries, which he dubbed “the 12 day war” would stick.

He later told NBC News Monday night he believed the ceasefire between the two bitter rivals would last “forever.”

  2. Israel has always been the fly in the ointment, wanting to be the mideast HNIC. Forever wanting to dictate policy while playing the victim over and over again. They have no interest in a peaceful solution. The longer they keep this particular situation going the less they have to explain the genocide they're committing in GAZA.
The next flight a American bombers need to target Tel Aviv.

In my world travels, twice I have had to intervene to stop Ashkenazi Israeli young women from tormenting female street sellers who had long since said they were not going to sell whatever trinkets below their cost. The tactic was to simply to block them making other sales, 20-30 minutes of relentless pecking.

It was ugly to watch, especially as they had both picked on more vulnerable looking sellers with low-traffic pitches.

Iran has a world famous culture for negotiation... Between the two why would anybody expect things to be clean?

One girl was especially awful, the seller was in tears, the Israeli girl kept telling me to mind my business and let her mind her money. I told her it would be more honorable to sell her ass and come back when she had money. Not happy.

12 day war, big money rules.
GBU-57 could take out every hardened data center, bankruptcy is the kill shot.
    Feels like everything was pre-arranged.

  6. Trump, being a New York building contractor for so many years should have known better. Make a deal with a jew and somewhere down the line they'll stab you in the back. Only took mere minutes for BiBi to stick it in Trump.

I find the complaining even at gift horses tedious. The Ashkenazi think kvetching (whining) is humorous and preemption of some inevitable disappointment.

A truism in war that is lost on the warmongers in NATO and in the US, is that the winner dictates the terms. The loser has no choice to accept it or face annihilation. That is why Zelensky and his European NATO warmongers Macron, Merz and Starmer continuing to demand Russia to just surrender and give up the land it has taken from Ukraine is so comical. The same goes for their demand to make Ukraine a part of NATO. Not going to happen because Russia will never allow it. Russia is winning the war, it is Zelensky who needs to capitulate and beg for mercy and peace. In like manner, President Trump demanding Iran to surrender is comical because Iran is systematically, destroying Israel with its storehouse of missiles. Initially, the US estimated the number of missiles at 2,000 then, raised it to 3,000 and now they say that they do not really know the exact number. The we have air superiority over Iran is really funny. You have air superiority yet, you cannot stop Iran from firing hundreds of missiles at Israel daily? Let that sink in.
