Trump dismisses uptick in US coronavirus cases and suggests a 'stop' to testing
    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...ases-usa-update-testing-numbers-a9567566.html

Donald Trump is blaming an uptick in coronavirus cases and hospitalisations solely on an increase in testing rather than his push for governors to reopen their states even as the sometimes-deadly disease continues to spread.

"If we stop testing right now, we'd have very few cases, if any," the president
said Monday during an event for seniors at the White House.

A number of states have reported record numbers of sick people requiring hospital stays since the pandemic begin, even as they continue steps to get their economies open again.

But the president and his team have denied that his insistence governors get their states open is causing the increase in cases.

The Monday remark was mere the latest time the president has made strange comments about Covid-19 testing.

He has consistently sounded inconsistent messages, bragging that the US has tested more people than other countries while also complaining that the number of known infections (2.1m) and deaths (over 115,000) are so high because of that testing rate.

Hard to argue with that logic. We can "cure" cancer this way too!

Linemen do that high-wire act all the time. It is called not being grounded. And him touching the insulation of two insulated wires, well, that's what the insulation is there for. To keep dumbshits like him from getting zapped.

I'd like to see him stick his little fingers between two real points of current flow, see how he can "Namaste" his way out of heading to the afterlife for his reincarnation as just another dumbass.

I spend a couple of weeks one summer doing linesman cable work as a teen, my dad used to design / commission powestations and grid networks. You are correct, its not about voltage much but how much current crosses your heart.

That said some medical conditions that cause dry skin make a huge difference. My missus has the opposite, so much moisture she has no fingerprints so her phone will almost never unlock. If she puts her hands in water they get freakishly cold, like living with some Marvel freeze hands villain who slaps her cold paw under tshirts :wtf:

Nice quote, it is not even a complete sentence.

We have been down this road before.

GWB-Trading actually cites the WHO as a credible source.

Amazing, Trump says the more testing you do, the more cases you find.

“Again, our testing is so far advanced. It’s so much bigger and better than any other country that we’re going to have more cases. We’re always going to have more cases,” Trump said before mentioning his remedy for lowering cases across the country.

Donald Trump is a billionaire, has a totally nailable wife, beat the republican establishment, beat the democrat establishment, and is the President of the United States. GWB-Trading is a losing trader who stinks at data analysis.
