FYI y’all the Donald Trump o argument that is developing seems to be that he (as a sitting President) can declassify documents in his head and does not have to make a record or notify anyone. Theoretically, working off of that principle he can also release documents to himself without notification or record (as President). It sounds stupid but there is actually a discussion to be had here.
