Trump declared 'fully fit' for presidency after recent physical exam, doctor reports WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Donald Trump's doctor says the oldest man elected president is "fully fit" to serve as commander in chief as the White House released results Sunday of Trump's recent physical exam. The 78-year-old Trump is 20 pounds lighter since his checkup as president in 2020 showed him bordering on obesity. His physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, cited an "active lifestyle" that "continues to contribute significantly" to the Republican president's well-being. Trump turns 79 on June 14.
Some people do not understand the difference between Anti-Trump versus Anti-American. The analogy is this...I'm a rabid hockey fan of the NHL and my two favorite teams are the Chicago Blackhawks and the Montreal Canadiens. I've often had season tickets for one or the other in their good years...often traveling to some of their away games. In contrast, I hate the Washington Capitals. He would then call me in large pink letters as Anti-Hockey instead of Anti Washington Capitals because he loves the Washington Capitals. Simply, I love my country the United States of America and served my country in the U.S. Army even with all of the problems that America has as my father, grandfather, great grandfather, loved and served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Hating Trump is not Anti-American...it's just Anti-Trump and hating some or all of his policies. I've complimented the prior Trump administration for a few things they've done right (e.g. Operation Warp Speed/Covid Vaccines policies). wrbtrader
That’s a good analogy, though in this case, it’s like the Capitals traded their goalie for a demagogue who torched the rulebook, rigged the referees, and told the fans the scoreboard was fake. Not hating hockey, just not cheering for sabotage. Buy1 is a textbook case of dichotomous thinking, a cognitive style where things are either all good or all bad, patriotic or traitorous, savior or enemy. It’s emotionally simpler, deeply satisfying, a shield against internal complexity or self-doubt. Hyper-loyalty becomes a substitute for morality. If you’re loyal, you’re good. If you’re disloyal, you're evil. It simplifies everything, no need to wrestle with nuance, contradictions, or humanity. It’s the same logic that sustains cults, authoritarianism, and fanatics of all stripes.
