Then, the cases rise exponentially. But testing has no value, according to Trump.

Then, the increased number of cases is a win, a "badge of honor" because of all the testing. According to Trump.

He gets a participation prize every time.

 

I'd like to see how he would respond if smallpox suddenly came back.

 

I think smallpox would sound too diminutive to him to be of any concern.
