Obama's files are managed by NARA, he has zero control, but you are welcome to post that the 'files are missing' and Obama is responsible for it. Waiting on your source.
The FBI will face disbandment in January at best. Defunding at the worst. If you are an employee of the CIA or NSA you should be concerned...very concerned.
