It's really unbelievable that I bring this to their attention with no reply!!

It seems that it was only on my side...

I have just found a video that shows this huge issue

But as I said I bring this issue to their attention weeks ago, with no reply
    So it's not today

I think they are a favorite of the funded programs and this could possibly mean they are handling more connections than they are fully set up to handle.

  6. I was considering Tradovate for a while as I like their performance center and account analytics, but a few too many bad reviews got me spooked. Software freezing, "ghost" orders, OCO not working properly, slow support, etc.

Curious. Would it make any difference using their desktop version?

When markets are moving fast, those are some of the effects. I haven't been on Tradovate since I've been trading crypto. It's disappointing to hear that their support has degraded, they responded promptly when I was on the platform a couple years ago. I still have funds with Dorman through them.

Both web and desktop would have a performance hit if I had too many tabs in my browser open. The desktop gave the impression that it performed slightly better.

My thought was that it had more to do with routing than the hardware on my end. My performance did improve when upgraded to gigabit speed.

They do not reply to your inquiry, the forum has become a desert

  9. If you need a fast and stable DOM then you should try Sierra Chart or RTrader.

    I don't use Tradovate.

I have lagging issues from my trading platforms/doms and charting s/w every
    few weeks/months.

    solution?
rent a trading desk from a trading house/brokerage firm and
use a powerful platform like TT.
    That will cost > $1.5k/mth.
as far as I know, there is no solution for lagging charting s/w.
