Your holdings and/or recent trading activity in **** in your Interactive Brokers (“IBKR”) account indicate that you may be an affiliate for the security as defined in Rule 405 under the Securities Act of 1933. If you are an affiliate, the number of equity securities you may sell during any three-month period cannot exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing of a notice of sale on Form 144. Over-the-counter stocks (“OTC”), including those quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, can only be sold using the 1% measurement. Please reference LINK../investorpubsrule144htm.html for further details.

Pursuant to IBKR Policy, your referenced IBKR accounts have been restricted from placing any opening or closing trades in ****. If you wish to trade this security and would like to have this trading restriction on this security temporarily removed, please respond to this customer service ticket. Once you have submitted this request, IBKR will complete a due diligence review. If IBKR concludes that you are not an affiliate, trading restrictions in this security will be lifted for a two-week period where you will be allowed to trade the security. After this two-week period, your trading in this security may be restricted; however, you can request another review if you wish to continue trading the security.

There is no advice. Either you own it or there is a mistake made.
