    idiotic rules created by government pressure results in trading halts which benefit primarily high frequency traders who can move a lot faster than professional or semi-professional traders.

    It would be ok if broker would alert you beforehand, but many happen out of the blue.

    Island went belly up for symbols n-o for a while during the NQ dump.
