Hey everyone! I do not know if it is a general issue to all TradeZero users but I have checked my trade history today and the system has charged me with crazy NSCC fees for the dec. 1st trading day. For this day, the NSCC fees were even superior to the options' ones I have traded. As per the TradeZero website, the NSCC commission can reach $0.18 max and I have been charged 100x times this value and more per side so there is something illogical. I have never paid more than $0.033 per side so far. To me, it is a bug of the system at TradeZero or maybe I am wrong. I have contacted the support for this but no answer/fix so far so I wanted to know if other users have been having this issue too or already met it. Thank you for your kind answers.
