Tradestation problems

Anyone else have not able to connect to trade server?

open positions..cant get out of.............

trying..been on recorded hold for 30 mmin

 

From my experience, I think TS should only be used as a backup broker. Good luck with your positions.

i will take that advice..they dont pick up..they suck

 

same here...also, their site has other problems, because when you try to log in to see the short list, it craps out with an exception decrypting error.

(edit: i'm on the older version, .4, not .5 - ppl with .5 have the same problem?)

 

its the trade server thats down not the platform
