Yes, use API of all three brokers and issue trades centrally using some script. This is one of the reasons why API exists
IB friends and family account will let you allocate a trade among 15 accounts from the master account.
Coming back to this, I found out about Replicanto which is an NT 3rd party extension that mirrors trades inside NT environment. Problem is, TT and CQG are no longer supported by NT.
