    OK, he is 87 but:

"Last July, Lewis was hit with 16 counts of securities fraud and three of conspiracy to commit fraud that prosecutors called a “brazen” scheme to enrich his friends, lovers and employees, including two private jet pilots."

I say if you are frisky enough to have lovers, you are young enough for jailtime! :)

    Isn't this also age discrimination?

"Lewis agreed to surrender his private yacht Aviva, which he was prohibited from boarding, and his personal plane, which can be used – with prior notification to prosecutors – but only for domestic US travel."

Why can't he use his yacht if he promises to stay inside US waters?

Just another scumbag who thought he was immune from consequences.

If securities fraud had an automatic death penalty, I'm sure there would be fewer crimes of this type.
