Too much antioxidants can be bad for you and your muscles

  2. Every thing taken goes straight thru your liver. Remember this if nothing else.

    The stuff that goes straight through doesn't worry me nearly as much as the stuff that takes a few pieces of my liver with it!
     
  4. This is my point. wanna take 10X RDA of Vit C...the liver must deal with it.

    Guys, focus! If your liver gives up you can probably get a pig's liver and live. The topic of the thread is antioxidants and the need for spee... I mean oxidative stress.
     
  6. think about it, anti-oxidants = anti-oxygen.

    every cal you take in must be burned in oxygen.

    eat too many cals, burned in oxygen, bad now eat anti-oxidents that contain more cals. :confused:
