http://profit.ly/1MoPU1?aff=12 Tim Sykes posted recently that he made a $67,563 gain on CNTO He entered at 2.06 and exited at 1.22 This means that he must have positioned around $114,081 short CNTO on Feb 10th. For the next 2 weeks that stock had no volume and no trade activity at all, yet Tim held his position until Feb 26th. Tim keeps talking about low risk but this strikes me as incredibly risky. What if it had gaped up in those 14 days? How could one have possibly managed the risk?
He did answer your question. You must not know what you're talking about. To mitigate the risk, you simply would put in a stop and pray it doesn't gap 100%. He's not a magician. I'm pretty sure you could have answered that one yourself.
