    something happened on 19 Mar 21;
    Volume was very high but CERE was unable to go up decisively.
    it was unable to pierce $18 level

    I can't find it's balance sheet. Says something.

    Much more easy the shake off the newbs when even the balance is unkown (not that they need it anyways).

    Check this one instead INCY /VRTX
