Not a great interview. The interviewer could have probed his near bankruptcy on several occasions.

Yes, this is much better (a year old but better). I love the man and the stories that he tells. Love the hiring attractive women just so the MM's would trade with him. I can relate as I once hired the "dumbest" trader and that resulted in better fills as everyone wanted to trade against this guy (lol)
