Even if you're an atheist, you can fill out one of these if you don't want the jab. With a change of a few words you can also use this if you're any kind of government employee, etc. If you've already got the jab, don't protest others doing these exemptions. You're already protected, right?
This is a great way to find yourself unemployed -- since employers will now be demanding proof of "long-held religious beliefs" to back your exemption claim. I will note when it comes to schools -- many states only allow medical exemptions, not religious ones.
