I've got a Priority Mail package that was mailed July 27th.
    Its not even here yet.
So now... the USPS tracking system web page has been down for 24 hours. I looked.... there's like 50,000 complaints. Seriously. And that was just one website that logs complaints. They're all saying the exact thing, nothing is getting delivered.
    WTF!?

EDIT.... ok now its back up. But it has been down all morning and yesterday too.
    Status says "in transit"
The f'r has been in transit for 3 weeks. I want my money back.

Nobody would say the military loses money but they say that about the postal service even though the postal service is constitutionally mandated.

  3. Not really.

The constitution says that Congress shall have the power to establish post offices and roads.

It does not say that is mandated to do that.

Maybe the USPS plane carrying your package had a "Castaway" moment.

I ordered mask filters thru Amazon from China over 3 months and counting. It has not appeared yet. I got my monies back so, I can wait. My other orders for mask filters and I placed 4 orders because of the huge delays and unreliability of the mail delivery. The other 3 times, I got the mask filters like over 2 months past the expected delivery date. I reversed the refunds Amazon gave me so they can pay the vendors which is just fair. Still have one more where I got my monies back. If it shows up 4, 5 or even 6 months later, I will pay the vendor by reversing my refund. And Democrats want all 320 million Americans to vote by mail? Hell, it would be one whole year and they will still be counting votes? That is the sheer stupidity of it all.

How Are Postmaster General Louis DeJoy's Changes Affecting Workers?
NPR's Noel King talk to Kimberly Karol, president of the Iowa Postal Workers Union, about changes Postmaster General DeJoy is implementing. Karol, a postal clerk, says mail is piling up in her office.

Still no delivery yet. Where are all these packages being warehoused? They have to be building up. This pisses me off.

That said, I was thinking... and I almost hesitate to write this here, because one, I want my package and two, I don't need to be spreading any viva-la-resistance ideas... but what if the base got word via whatever means.... and for the next 2 months decided to flood the USPS with letters and boxes?
I mean 60 Million loyal fans mailing packages every day....?!

    A whole new maga.
    Mail Another Gift Again.

  10. Maybe we should subcontract with Amazon to deliver and return ballots.

    What could go wrong there?
