I thought at first it was a fake photoshop and a bad joke.
Turns out it was reality.

Many/most fish can try to eat any animal fitting into their mouths; that would include your hand. Do your research before swimming with big fish.

I imagine her tail was a problematic element.

In Zambia I used to swim in the river a lot despite a couple of people commenting about Tiger fish, I'd only seen them served for dinner and not especially big. Savage teeth but went under my radar.

Then I saw a stuffed goliath one.
