Thinkofswim not adjusting futures orders

  1. Hi all. I wanted to know if anybody else is experiencing the same issues I am with ToS today. When I submit a limit order the monitor screen shows "accepted" but not "working". It takes about 3 minutes to move to a "working" status. During that time, if I try to adjust the trade price I can't. I have to wait 3 minutes for it to be "working", before I can adjust the price. Essentially everything is delayed around 3 minutes and I cannot make any changes until the 3 minutes are up.

    The mobile app is also not acting correctly. One of the issues is that if I change the limit on the mobile app it will update, but then it takes 3 minutes to show up on the desktop. So I have two limits displayed on 2 different devices. There are a handful of other annoying issues with the app as well.

    I spoke to technical support for an hour, which said they'll escalate and get back in 2 to 3 days. It took a long while to even be believed this wasn't my computer or internet connection. I started with futures support which assumed it was internet, which obviously it isn't.

    Interestingly, my cash account doesn't seem impacted, only retirement accounts.

    Anyone else having these issues?
