Israel offers Covid-19 vaccine booster shots to all residents 12 and older, says ‘green pass’ will expire six months after jabs Israel’s government has expanded availability of controversial Covid-19 vaccine booster shots to all inoculated residents 12 and older and decreed that those who decline the third jab will soon lose their “green pass” privileges. The move, announced on Sunday, marked the fourth time this month that Israel has expanded eligibility for vaccine booster shots. Initially rolled out on August 1, the booster campaign was then limited to people 60 and older. The minimum age was dropped to 30 last week. it was created in less than a year bud where in history has this ever happened before? with a new technology never used before on humans nonetheless
The science behind the breakthrough had a head start. Researchers had already made progress developing vaccines for other types of coronaviruses. They applied lessons learned after the 2003 SARS epidemic and the 2012 MERS outbreak. They also learned a lot from creating a vaccine for Ebola, which isn’t a coronavirus but has taught us more about viruses. The rapid spread of COVID-19 made developing these vaccines an international priority. It unlocked billions of dollars in funding to ensure safety while moving with urgency to save lives. Took less than a year to adapt current research to this COVID-19 strain but they did not start from absolute zero...
There’s plenty of discussion and kickback, even from your side, regarding the need for a 2nd booster - specially so quickly. The dismay comes from the urgent need to apply social constraints, covid-passes, to the worlds population. As if some vax-pass is going to stop the spread of the virus. News flash, vaccinated carry and transmit too. Just because you have some Covid green-pass doesn’t protect the guy standing next to you. His shot should protect him but that’s about it. So, when the 2nd booster starts to fade, will your covid-pass expire till you get a 3rd booster? 4th? 5th? When does it end. How long before your social score is attached? Big Brother sees via your cellphone tracking you weren’t where you were supposed to be or when you were supposed to be there. Tisk, tisk,..,,, that will cost you. Too bad we’ve attached your banking information to your file. Go pick out a pretty collar for yourself.
Since the beginning of first-generation Covid vaccine development it was expected the existing vaccines would require a booster every 1 to 2 years. Due to Delta this has changed to 8 to 15 months currently. When will this end? They are currently working on the next generation of universal, permanent coronavirus vaccines -- however the timeline is about 5 years out for availability. Multiple companies and universities are working on the universal vaccine -- including Duke locally here in N.C. So until a permanent, universal vaccine for coronavirus is available you should expect to need a yearly booster. No different than the flu vaccine.
In the last 20 years I’ve only taken a flu vaccine once..... and that was the only time I caught the flu. Again you sheeple are oblivious......
More like this getting lined up for your booster and collar, Fauci’s in the lead, you’re the third one in line with it’s nose in the ass of Cuddles.
