Like...The founders were operating on a flat-earth, 2D theory. Now the world is operating on a 3D, tech theory? Make it 4D? I dunno, but there is something very wrong with this whole idea of a president serving a 4 year term each time. The world is now changing too fast for the old guard to adapt.
