Did anyone notice how much NYC subway crime dropped for a year after the Bernhard Goetz incident.

The mayor seems like a nice enough guy, probably well intentioned.

But results are all that matter, saturate the problem areas with police, stop and frisk.

    Problem solved.

    They wont.

    More ignorance from @Tsing Tao

I grew up on the A train when New York was really grimey. The mafia everywhere, drug dealers, hustlers and boosters. Trust me when I say the subway has improved a lot.

I don’t know what a trip costs anymore but for something like $2 you can get to anywhere you want in the greatest city on earth. It’s a great deal and having that transportation network makes dreams come true and builds lives. You’ll see Wall Street guys, construction workers, mothers with children all sharing the same space. It’s nothing like it.

The subway needs more revenue, why not add a club car that would be by membership with security, charge double

Ignorance? I didn't film what happened on the video, Usualname.

It's right there for you to see in full color.

And I didn't even post the goldman guy who was shot and killed the other day on the subway.

When was the last time you rode the A Train? If you're saying "you don't know what it costs anymore" it can't have been recent. But you somehow think and know that it is the same as when you grew up.

    Talk about ignorance.

3 homicides in 3 hours in Brooklyn, police search for gunmen

EAST FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (WABC) -- There were three homicides in three hours in Brooklyn Wednesday, with one of them in East Flatbush.

Police say they found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his stomach on Clarkson Avenue just before 7 p.m.

He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County and is expected to survive.

Police then entered an apartment on the second floor, where they found a 38-year-old man dead from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police did not find any weapons inside the apartment.

Earlier at 4:01 p.m., a 22-year-old man was fatally shot in front of the New First Cook restaurant on Stillwell Avenue in Gravesend.

Police say the gunman pulled up in a vehicle, briefly talked to 22-year-old Rasard Deas and shot him.
