WTF...Only been with them for a month and this already happens. Is this normal with them(AMP futures)? Pretty piss poor IMO, usually takes a pretty long time with any broker to experience this.
Was done at the perfect moment I was waiting for a break-out in gold.....40 points later it came conveniently back on.
It ain't AMP. It's more likely CQG or Rithmic. Check your email from AMP. They usually send out an email when CQG is having her period (eg. technical glitch). They also send another email when the issue is resolved.
I’m on email lists for the CME and CQG. I was not told of any issues. I have to assume this was local to one customer if no one else here had issues.
E-mail reply from Ninja Broker support to my question on data feed: glitch was due to temporary CQG issues.

AMP DOESN'T CONTROL ANYTHING, NOT THE CME, NOT THE DATA ROUTING, NOT THE TRADING PLATFORMS. If you notice shit breaking, contact the tech support for whatever it is that's broke.
