Who knew? This man is now 109 and still driving. Forget your vitamins and potions. I'd love to see his blood tests and a sample of his gut biome though. Clearly he has superhuman inflammation regulation. He mentioned the Ovaltine at the end. https://pix11.com/news/local-news/n...hter-at-new-jersey-volunteer-fire-department/
I used to drink Ovaltine as a kid, but never liked the malt flavor of it and the aftertaste. But good on this guy for powering over a century!
It does have more copper than I'd expect at 1.8 mg, that's your RDA and a bit right there so add another 1 or so from typical food. I often forget that I used to wear a copper bracelet a friend made for me, my wrist was always green from oxide. It certainly helped with my back aches. https://pinkbird.org/food/en/specif...INE, Classic Malt powder/14309/Copper, Cu/312
So you are channeling the Statue of Liberty onto your wrist? There are more efficient ways of getting a date, mate. Heh
Yep, they do work, not the magnetic BS but low alloy pure copper. I used to have a problem wrenching my back and it locking. The doctor back in the 1990s said the muscle spasm/inflammation was exaggerated by the presence of a virus. One day a few months after wearing the bracelet all the time I pulled my back again and I called in sick that night. Woke up and I was absolutely fine. I've not had that problem since. I took the bracelet off in 2006 I think having worn it maybe eight years.
