I have always thought of Canada as being the United States slow but steady brother in the north. I never expected Canada to become a hot bed of scammers and fakers.

Over the last week, I must have received atleast 12 phone calls pushing some type of FX scam or broker. what is up with this? Have the forex dreamer class moved up north? I notice that there are no FX sponsors on this US based site--- I remember about 6 FX sponsors last time I was here 3 years ago--

    What happened??

Dodd-Frank effectively eliminated forex trading in the USA except for a few exceptions.

lower leverage, higher net capital requirements for firms, increased scrutiny, Americans lost ability to open accounts at overseas firms unless NFA/CFTC registered.

It's all down in forex section if you want to know the details - just got to search it a bit

  5. I'll search it if I notice any difference. For me these are the glory days of forex trading. I can get a half pip spread or better on eur.usd almost 24/7. 40:1 is more than enough rope to hang myself. I have a lot of problem with regulation, but no problem if my broker is registered, and I wouldn't deposit any money with them if they were not.
