Instead of listing them, a billionaire per 1MM people stats would be more interesting. So which states have the most billionaires per capita? Well, a quick research:

They have both the absolute numbers and the relative ones too. Absolute:

1. CA 189
2. NY 114
3. TX 60
4. FL 58
5. Il 17

Now per 10 MM:

1. WY 86
2. NY 58
3. CA 40
4. CT 39
5. MT 38

 

those that are crypto billionaires don’t count.

 

I have this uneasy feeling I can't quite explain, that I won't ever make it on such a list. Crazy, right?

 

Can't imagine how the poorest billionaires in those states are feeling right now.

 

In some states like MT or IN 500 MM feels like a billion in NYC.
