I have my own theories on this, but I'm curious to get some rough figures on the absolute longest timeframe people use.

Not just Fx, input is welcome from traders of any markets.

    Appreciate your input, cheers!

  2. Yearly.

You know, I did consider yearly/quarterly, but thought: "nah, no-one here is going to do that.. "
    :)

Its not possible to edit the poll, sadly.

Just tried to delete the thread to start another, but I just get permission denied.

    Bummer.

Still, I'd appreciate any yearly/quarterly users posting their preference in the thread.

  5. Also it is quite common to use 2-day 2-weekly 3-day and things like that to answer candlestick questions, and those I didnt see in your poll, but as far as longest timeframe, it would be yearly followed by quarterly.

Have just emailed ET to see how to rectify the poll.

Yeah Ive done work on x day data myself, but I figured (perhaps wrongly?) that anyone doing that is likely to select 'weekly'.

    Should they be added?

    Thinking about this:

Anything > Monthly, just tick 'monthly'

Or, if your longest timeframe doesn't have an option here, use your common sense and select the nearest one.

    Thanks.
