  1. Hillary Clinton Calls Kushner Email Revelations ‘The Height Of Hypocrisy’
Her comments came just hours before reports that at least six Trump officials had used private emails.

Hillary Clinton slammed the administration of President Donald Trump for its “rank hypocrisy” following revelations that the president’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner had used a private email account to conduct White House business.

Clinton, speaking to SiriusXM’s Zerlina Maxwell on Monday, was asked about the news a day after Politico reported that Kushner had used his private account to send messages to other senior officials, including former chief of staff Reince Priebus and former chief strategist Steve Bannon.

“The hypocrisy of this administration, who knew there was no real scandal, who knew that there was no basis for all their hyperventilating. Republican members of Congress who politicized the deaths in Benghazi,” Clinton said. “No, we’re finding with the latest revelations ― they didn’t mean any of it. It’s just the height of hypocrisy.”

“It is something that if they were sincere about I think you’d have Republican members of Congress calling for an investigation,” she continued. “I haven’t heard that yet.”

Did any of these Trump officials lose 35,000 emails they were required to legally hand over to the U.S. government?

    Lies

There was no legal requirement to hand over personal emails to the government, Federal Records Act was updated to preserve every single email AFTER Clinton left office.

She was ordered by the government to hand over ALL of the emails from her private server; she deleted 35,000 of them.

Not to worry I am sure some foreign government can provide them in the future because her exposed server was totally hacked.

The JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ordered Hillary to hand over all of her emails and the server.

    Total BS

Here is the brief the DOJ filed in federal court

There is no question that former Secretary Clinton had authority to delete personal emails without agency supervision – she appropriately could have done so even if she were working on a government server. Under policies issue both by the National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”) and the State Department, individual officers and employees are permitted and expected to exercise judgment to determine what constitutes a federal record.See NARA Bulletin 2014-06 ¶4 (Sept. 15, 2014) (“Currently, in many agencies, employees manage their own email accounts and apply their own understanding of Federal records management. This means that all employees are required to review each message, identify its value, and either delete it or move it to a recordkeeping system.”);3 Department of State Foreign Affairs Manual, 5 FAM 443.2(b) (“[t]he intention of this guidance is not to require the preservation of every E-mail message.”) (attached as Ex. 1) The purpose of these policies is to direct the preservation of those messages that contain information that is necessary to ensure that “departmental policies, programs, and activities are adequately documented. E-mail message creators and recipients must decide whether a particular message is appropriate for preservation. In making these decisions, all personnel should exercise the same judgment they use when determining whether to retain and file paper records.

    More BS

Link me to this order, you can't.

And more BS about foreign government access, no sign of her server getting hacked unlike the State Department email system that is regularly hacked, if she used .gov email, the emails would have definitely been public

Here comes the resident ignoramus with his one word attempt at a rebuttal and as usual, he fails miserably

    Disprove this, kaputnik

"The law was amended in late 2014 to require that personal emails be transferred to government servers within 20 days. But that was after Clinton left office. Watchdog groups conceded that she may not have violated the text of the law"
