It's been clear to me that never Trumpers have seen the writing on the wall with the cult of Trump and are positioning themselves to do a democratic party take over. The question is, will they bring the same fear mongering corporatist policies that destroyed the republican party or will they be tempered to gain ground in their newfound home? By this point you should recognize the the 40% of non-affiliated voters in the U.S. would desert voting for the Democratic party in a New York minute if the agenda is driven by the extreme left wing rather than moderates. Fortunately it appears that Biden (and Congress) has completely side-lined the extreme left-wing idiots in the Democratic party.
The data doesn't back your assertions. In fact, the data shows 50 percent of the electorate voted for Biden for not being Trump and 5 percent for his policy positions.
