The Teamsters just gave the liberal democrats the middle finger. They are not endorsing Biden. They do not like wokeness, weak immigration, and crime.

  2. It's actually pretty strange that the dems would lose Elon too. I mean Elon Musk has a vested interest in the promotion and expansion and subsidy for electric vehicles. And Biden is fully committed to sticking an electric vehicle up everyone's arse whether they want it or not. Whereas Trump mocks and disses electric vehicles and their future every chance he gets. Yet Elon comes out and endorses Trump.

Similar to the Teamster guy, Biden just gets harder and harder to hack .

Looks like they're not endorsing Kamala either... or Trump for that matter. Still:
    • Union poll of 1.3 million members shows they preferred Trump over Harris by 59.6% to 34%
    • Teamsters have endorsed every Democratic candidate for president since 2000
    • First time since 1996 the union is not making an endorsement

Teamsters are one of the most corrupt organizations in America because it's still tied to its history of organized crime, embezzlement, pension abuses, health plans/bribery corruption et cetera.

If Glimco or Hoffa were still alive today and in charge of the Teamsters...politicians would still be drooling for an endorsement from the Teamsters.

In my opinion, the Teamsters leadership deciding not to endorse any Presidential candidate is a good thing although they said they're doing it to force both the Republicans and Democrats to earn it while the Teamsters boss mentions the leadership does not appreciate the rhetoric being used today to divide the country.

Teamsters President Sean O'Brien mentions "Musk" by name about that division although media seems to be overlooking what O'Brien is saying between the lines and drawing division between it's workers in the past recent months.

I think what the Teamsters leadership just did in this political environment of deep polarization is a step in the right direction by not endorsing Trump or Harris, especially with too many of its locals too involved in politics and the bullshit rhetoric.

Yet, I think the Teamster boss is still angry about Trump praising of Musk for firing Teamster workers. Thus, there's a possibility that O'Brien is planning an ambush at a later date by giving Harris an endorsement when he sees more divisive statements from Trump, Vance, or Musk especially if Musk fires more union members.

Regardless, the leadership of the Teamsters may have just found that new image its been seeking...putting its history into the rear view window. The again, the Teamster leadership could be negotiating in secrecy now with Harris for better deals, promises when they have current & future big strikes especially after members lost confidence in O'Brien.

No surprise they usually endorse Democrats then, huh? Birds of a feather.

And we are watching multiple teamster organizations immediately breaking from the national chapter to endorse Harris.

West Coast Teamsters break with national chapter in endorsing Harris
The announcement came minutes after the national Teamsters declined to make a presidential endorsement.

  7. Good. Probably there are many teamsters elsewhere in the country doing high-fives.

We are somewhere near a half dozen Teamster organizations coming out with endorsements now. All of them for Harris and not a single one for Trump.

  9. Good. The teamsters are having to deal with the fact that the union has become a shill for the DNC and there is considerable division and unrest within the union over it. Many are trying to redirect the union back to work issues, DUH. Let em work it out on the playground. If it creates some division and unrest, good.

  10. President Biden made a huge mistake taking away Union Railroad workers ability to strike.
