  1. Our forefathers who somehow survived the Great Depression, fought on Normandy beach, help to rebuild Germany and Japan, created the Greatest Industrial power; the United States was strong, and its people had grit. They lived in a safe and prosperous world. Their children did not go through the same struggle their forefathers had to, so gradually, generation by generation, they got soft and stupid. Eventually, these days, they need a safe space on the college campus and require comfort animals. Gender confusion and rekindling Communism as some worthwhile goal is popular. Sooner or later, their lifestyle, voting, and stupidity will bring about another Great Depression, and their children will again struggle to survive. Gradually hard work, grit will become their characteristic to survive.

yeah, voting for some tv personality grifter that's seen more dead Americans since WWII and expanded the deficit by 8 trillion dollars in corporate handouts in the process was indeed retarded.

  3. Good post. The problem I see is that half the country is just like you say, soft and stupid. They need hand holding, a safe space on college campuses, comfort animals, you name it. These are not the kind of people that will do hard work or have the grit to overcome the Fantastic Depression that the Dumbocrats will cause in the USA.

    The USA is doomed.

Not since World War I although some will argue not since the 1960's while others will argue only for those not in the top 10%.

Yet, my old man use to say the days of safety / prosperity died when Buddy Holly died in a plane crash...

    The Day The Music Died

I can't relate to the times because I wasn't born until the 1967 but here's a tribute to the Dakota's and Iowa (Buddy Holly birth state)...old man went and saw Holly play in person several times at concerts...locations currently being hit hard by Covid-19.
