In every one of these wrongful conviction cases I have seen the wrongfully convicted is black,prosecuted by a white prosecutor and mostly or all white jury.First trial in this case was a hung jury,than the white prosecutor used all of his juror dismissals to dismiss all black potential jurors leaving an all white jury who of course convicted him.Its sickening. I believe you were asked to think about it before responding. Obviously you failed or ran into a capacity problem. I made the point that is either beyond you or not convenient for your ilk that the willingness and zeal to lock black people up are often the root cause of both excessive conviction of innocent blacks and excessive incarceration for other crime. Both Biden and Harris have promoted such a zeal both in theory and in practice. I stand by that point and it is easily understood by all others here who do not have a vested interest in defending Biden and Harris as you do. Try again. Or better yet, give up the ghost.
