I have 7,63,66,and 24 I am considering starting a prop branch in Dallas Texas. I wondering if anyone here that as traded in an Assent office can give me some honest feedback on what there experience was like there. What did you like what did you not like? How are the managers compensated for the extra work and responsibility they accept? and if you think there is a better firm to go with let me know and why! thanks ET!!!!
