Privatize the USPS into a UPS competitor. Go to four days for mailbox delivery.

Raise the USPS pricing to the equivilent, and maybe people will stop sending worthless mail.

The issue is first class mail
Its against the ;law for anybody to deliver first class mail
All other classes can go through private companies
First class stamp should be about $3.00...people will accept that
