By the exchange. The email is not specific about which trade it is, nor does TWS show any indication of a busted trade. I've made several trades today, both opening and closing. I literally have no idea what my open positions and exposure is right now. I'm currently on hold on the phone. This is very frustrating.

How long does it take for IB to notify you (on the platform) and update your quantities of positions?
Remember any error that benefits you will be remedied ASAP. If it doesn't benefit you, it's just "market volatility".
If I don't find out what my actual open positions are before market close, I am going to be extremely pissed off at IB.
Sad, but not uncommon I dont see any trades on the chart for AAPL or AMD that would be a problem Did you get a crazy price on something ????? I see, option trade Well, any option that traded at a really bad price, yeah, they wont let it stand usually
I suspect anyone with trades on those underlyings got the same (form of) communiqué. Probably won't see anything in your account unless you had one wild hare in there, which you haven't mentioned, so probably not. Wouldn't worry.
