TEXT on desktop/screen

Is there any tool out that lets me type from my keyboard directly onto my desktop or screen.

Im really confused what the actual question is.

 

NOTEPAD writes onto notepad.
WORD writes onto word.

I am after writing onto DESKTOP directly, literally

And I dont mean drawing on desktop. I am writing from a keyboard

 

Are you talking about the type of application graphic artists use to draw on top of the screen? That would be a Wacom tablet.

 

Something like sticky notes in windows 7 ? You write on a little note-window, but its still sorta glued to the desktop.

 

Yes like sticky notes, but 100% transparency.
