I’m assuming it’s by the guys who try to make 10,000% on options, figuring out that some people are making $10k profit on reselling their place in line for 2020 Corvette, so they’re trying the same with Tesla.
Do they realize the $100 refundable deposits on Tesla truck are non-transferable? And that it may be difficult to resell $6 billion worth of ugly trucks?
Though this is still the cheapest LEAP option you can buy with up to 10000% debatable profit potential, and one that’s refundable! People who were first in line may even see actual profit.

Probably one of those cases, where you either love it or hate it.

My friend, couldn't decide about the choice for car, like for 4 years or so...

    Saw this one :
    ,,This is it !''

Prior to that, when i saw it in on FB wall, i thought that it's a troll post.

  3. All the current cars on the road look like crap so I dont think it's so bad hah. For 40k its not over priced either. I'd like to see what most of the people bitching about it drive.

It's got nothing on a good F150 or Chevy though :).

It's a matter of personal taste but I find the majority of vehicles on the road these days just plain fugly. From the soft edged, potato like BMWs to the hideous hourglass grilled Lexus. Even the Teslas, until now look like milquetoast vanity cars for women. When I saw the cybertruck however I was impressed, it is the masculine scifi look that appeals to me. Went ahead and reserved a 2 motor version.

TSLA is sort of a meta-commentary on how our society has jumped the shark.

Could someone explain to me why one needs to "reserve" a new mass-market vehicle several years before production even begins? At least in this case, the interest-free loan is just a hundred bucks.

When one cannot achieve it through skills or actions, they try to get it via material possessions :

  8. People are buying a truck because they like it. I dont see the need for a Google psychological evaluation over it.

Sure. 3 years from now when there is a 3/4 Moon and the wind is exactly 27 mph with humidity below 40%, you will be able to order one. Just like the 35K M3.

We see the world in different ways, yet the answer was not for you.

Edit : my answer, left like that, isn't bearing any value.

So, have you ever asked yourself , why, do you like something ?

For e.g, i like minimalist style, because i grew up with my mom and sis, in one room, so style like that, represents me -

    freedom
    .

I don't just like it & it's not for practical reasons, e.g ,,because it's cheap''.

Then, once more, one can ask - why freedom, and layer by layer, you uncover the lower levels of - painful unconscious memories / present limiting beliefs / complexities etc, you name it.
