  2. Is Nortel a good buy?

  3. First ntel is not a us equity stonks. I won’t even know how to buy foreign stonks with my us brokers nor would I want to waste my time trying to figure out how to buy it when the us equities market have over 20k stonks to buy. But looking at their chart…it is a shitty stonk just like t and vz. So it is a no for me. I’ll pass.

if you don't want the price to move,
then I think Nortel is an excellent buy.

Back in the day you could have bought Nortel; before it crashed and burned in the Tech Wreck.
Lots of good stocks are interlisted.

  8. What? My Nortel comment was a joke bro:

After announcing it planned to sell off all of its assets, Nortel shares were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange on June 26, 2009 at a price of $0.185 per share, down from its high in 2000 when it comprised a third of the S&P/TSX composite index.

Shows you how stupidly inflated stuff was in the 2000 bubble. Makes the Nasdaq tech-wreck of 2022 look like just a minor down-day.

  9. back in 2013…I bought $100k worth of nok stonks. Back then I didn’t know how to trade and I said fuck it…i ask myself how low can it go and I was willing to hold it for many years as investor. Also going thru a personal issue (almost getting a divorce but didn’t). Surprisingly when it pops a little bit, I sold it for a slight profit.
