is anyone familar with this instrument.. things like.. if you take a permanent position what are your risks? is there a roll cost.. is the expense ratio high .. what is the expense ratio compared to other instruments .. bottom line is its a short instrument what are the related carry costs of being short.. Any insight or previous research insights would be great.. i'm trying to figure out the most sensible way to take a low cost long position in interest rates going up
