NASDAQOM,NSX,PHLX have currently halted trading due to market data issues at the exchange.

explains TASR having screwy L2 across several brokers.

What happened was a legacy Novell 3.12 server running the Novell SNA gateway crashed.

The SNA gateway communicates with a legacy IBM 360/195 mainframe that handles the displayed quotes for tape c.

prc - thanks for that info, just got back (got out of my positions when things resumed), now i don't have to try and track down what happened.

taking tomorrow off, let things resume to normal.
