This happened a while back but I thought it was interesting that NNT, the black swan guy, had such a screwup. Apparently ole Nassim inadvertently ordered a $4,300 software upgrade for his Tesla. Ye it strikes me support are not the brightest tools in the shed so if you trigger their reptilian brain by using no no word even if those are targetted at programmers/management they will still get an emotional/reptilian reaction and freeze and not do their job.
Nope. I really don't like NNT, but in this case he is right. He is not the only one who butt dialed a 4K purchase. That should be plain illegal and impossible to do, yet here we are, tesla doing it and charging innocent consumers. Fuck Tesla.
